What sublimation is
In sublimation printing the design is printed onto transfer paper and heat-pressed into polyester fabric, so the ink becomes part of the fabric. The design can cover the whole garment edge to edge, in any colours, with names, numbers, crests and sponsor logos included in the same print. Because the ink is in the fabric and not on top of it, there is no print layer to crack or peel. Our article on sublimated and non-sublimated shirts explains the difference in more detail.

Custom-made kit is manufactured to order in your colours and design. We are currently quoting a four-week lead time on locally manufactured kit. Custom-made items are priced on request, and quantity pricing applies for full squads and larger orders.

Not everything needs sublimation
