How to Order a Custom Sports Kit in Zimbabwe: The Lite Active Process

Every season, schools, clubs and companies across Zimbabwe ask us the same questions: how do I order a kit, what do you need from me, and what does it cost? This post answers all three. It is the same process we have used since 2019 from our base at Kamfinsa Shopping Mall in Greendale, Harare, for grassroots teams through to national sides.

Step 1: Tell us what you need

The quickest way to start is a WhatsApp message to +263 77 796 8404. Have these ready and we can quote the same conversation:

• The sport and the items you need (jerseys, shorts, socks, warm-up tops, tracksuits)
• Rough quantities per item
• Your colours and logo, ideally as a PNG or PDF file, not a photo of a printed shirt
• Names and numbers if you want them on the kit
• When you need it, so we can plan around your fixture dates

If you don’t have a design yet, that is fine. Our designers will create one from your colours and logo and send you a mock-up to approve before anything is printed.

Step 2: Choose your route

We make kits two ways, and the right one depends on your budget and timing:

• Fully sublimated custom kit. Your design is printed into the fabric itself, so colours, sponsor logos, patterns and numbers never crack or peel. This is what we make for rugby, soccer, cricket, hockey, netball, athletics and most team sports. Browse examples by sport on our Sports Kits pages.
• Stock garments with your branding. For golf days, corporate teams, fun runs and training wear, we supply stock items from brands such as Slazenger, Altitude and Biz Collection and brand them for you. These are on our site with prices shown, and most of them include one pocket-size logo in the price.

Step 3: Get a quotation you can actually use

For stock items, you don’t have to wait for anyone. Add what you want to the cart on liteactive.com, fill in your details, and the site produces a PDF quotation straight away with our company details, line items and VAT shown separately. Prices on the site exclude VAT, which is added at 15.5% on the quote. Volume discounts are shown on each product page, so you can see what your price becomes at 20, 50 or 100 pieces before you ask.

For fully custom sublimated kit, we quote by WhatsApp or email once we have your quantities and design, because the price depends on the garment style and how many pieces you order.

Step 4: Approve the artwork

Nothing goes into production until you have signed off a digital mock-up. Check names, numbers, sponsor logos and colours carefully at this stage. Changes are free on screen and expensive after printing.

Step 5: Production and delivery

Once artwork is approved and payment terms are agreed, your order goes into production. We deliver across Zimbabwe and ship to Zambia, Namibia, South Africa and beyond. If you are in Harare you are welcome to collect from the shop at Kamfinsa, Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 4:45pm.

Common questions

Can we mix sizes? Yes. Kids, ladies and men’s sizes can be combined in one order.

Can you match our existing kit? Usually yes, if you send us a clear photo and your colour references. We will tell you honestly if a colour cannot be matched exactly in sublimation.

Do you do sponsor logos? Yes. On sublimated kit, sponsor logos are printed as part of the design. On stock garments, additional logos are quoted separately.

What about equipment? We also supply balls, trophies, medals and more through our Sports Equipment range, so one order can cover the whole season.
